Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc. was retained by Kennett Square based Key Development Group to consolidate two vacant parcels within New Kingston Village of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County.  The firm was contracted to design a 499,800 s.f. mixed use warehouse facility which was developed and is owned by Black Creek Group, a Denver based real estate investment manager and development firm.  Our experience with the local municipal land development process enabled us to provide a thorough research of regulations, early and honest communications with municipalities and regulatory agencies, accurate and timely submissions and well prepared and confident meeting preparations.

Alpha Consulting Engineers, Inc. experience with Master Planning Site Evaluations and Zoning Regulations enabled our client to develope two warehouse/distribution center buildings in Silver Spring Township while keeping operating conflicts and constraints to a minimum.  Balancing the demands of existing residential neighborhoods and stormwater management, existing traffic patterns and environmental permitting while working within the municipal regulations, we were able to bring a unique and valued partnership to our developer working on Industrial Sites.
